I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Obinna at Ostan Engineering. They were professional, responsive and highly competent. I hired Obinna for an addition that had a massive 3,300lb 40ft long beam. I had Obinna out to review the progress on the construction and multiple contractors expressed an opinion that the design was inappropriate and particularly that the beam was spec'd incorrectly. I had Obinna's plans reviewed by a civil engineering professor who stated that the beam was correct and its what he would have done on his own home. No major construction problem is without issues and Obinna and Lokesh were responsive and were highly practical in adapting the plan, or filling in more detail, where required. It was great working with Ostan Engineering Inc. I needed drawings for an upcoming kitchen renovation that required the removal of a load bearing wall. I emailed them requesting drawings and I received a response within 30 minutes and had an appointment with an engineer to come to the home 2 days later! Amazing service!!! Lokesh was polite and knowledgable and took all the photos and measurements required for his drawings. He was in the home for about an hour. I received the stamped drawings within 5 days! I was very impressed with this engineering firm and would highly recommend to anyone requiring their services!!

We experienced more than a normal number of porcelain tiles cracking sporadically in our home kitchen which concerned us about possible joist structural issues. We contracted with Ostan Engineering to conduct an assessment of the joists in the basement supporting the kitchen and to provide supporting structural solutions.
